I am trying to setup a sharepoint calendar so a user can post an event on the calendar and it will go to a another user for approval before it gets posted. Does any one know if that is possible. I can't seem to find the answer anywhere and my attempts at setting up a workflow were unsuccesful
Also is there a way to shrink the default calendar to a smaller size. I know you can shrink the pixels but then you have to scroll to see the whole calendar.

I need approval workflow for electronical document data such as PO which is stored in SQL server. Can I make it with infopath 2003 and Ms Sharepoint ?
I mean :
1. An originator input data in infopath PO form, then submit it into SQL Server db (it also sent to first approver).
2. 1st approver (an authorized person to that PO only) open it thru ms sharepoint. Approve it and forward to next approver.
3. Next Approver is could be one or more, if one of them approve it thru ms sharepoint, then PO data will forward to next approver, and so on until approval is finished.
Is it possible? if not is there any alternative solution for this ?

I have downloaded the beta of sharepoint designer but I am unable to get the workflow part to work.
The sharepoint designer video says it is available via the File, new menu.
I have also tried downloading and installing winfx.
